What is Radon?

Radon is a colorless, odorless radioactive gas that forms naturally when uranium, thorium, or radium breaks down in rocks, soil, and groundwater. It can enter homes through cracks in the foundation, floor drains, sump pumps, and other openings.

How It Enters
